Mass production process

1,Material purchase accoring to client't requirement 

2,Fabric panel cutting 

3,If logo is silk printing, panel will be printed the LOGO one by one If heat transfer printing, the whole roll fabric will be printed on heat transfer pritning machine.

After drying and cooling,printing fabric will delivery back to our factory. 

4,Umbrelall panel stitching together as a whole umbrella shape. 

5,Frame arrive to our factory workshop after 20-30 days after ordering. 

7,Frame normally fix on the shaft together from the material supplier. 

8,Umbrella panel and frame sewing together on each rib one by one. 

9,Control quality control-Mass production check-pick up the defective pieces-repair.

10,Package: 

 Self-Pouch(according to requirement and design)

 OPP bag

 12pcs inner box for folding umbrella,60 pcs per outer carton

 12pcs inner box for straight umbrella,36 pcs per outer carton

 

11,Pile up all the carton on the pallet in the warehouse.
